Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days for defective or incorrect Prius parts. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of purchase.

For any damaged or faulty items, contact us for a return or exchange.
Note: Electronic parts are non-returnable unless defective on delivery.

At Falcon Prius Specialist, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:


Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and labels intact.

  • Electrical parts (e.g., batteries, ECUs, sensors) are non-returnable, unless found defective on delivery.

  • Custom orders or special request items may not be eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item, include the RMA number and a copy of the purchase receipt.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return. Falcon Prius Specialist is not liable for lost return shipments.

Refunds:

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note bank processing times may vary.


Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.

  • Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the item.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. We will provide an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) and return instructions.

  3. Return the item securely packed with EMA number and proof of purchase.

Exchange Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We will cover shipping for the replacement item sent to you.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Electrical and electronic parts (unless faulty)

  • Custom-requested or modified parts

  • Clearance or final sale items
